1957 Great background photos of classic stadiums
1967 close second. Clean, uncluttered look, great checklist, challenging high numbers to chase.

I'm partial to the 1976 Topps set for several reasons: it's clean design and the player/position graphic, it was the first set that I built as a kid, and love that Kurt Bevacqua Bazooka bubble gum contest card! Also, my Texas Rangers team card is signed (in-person while playing golf) by then manager Frank Lucchessi.
