Yes they are Octavio, but those actually look decent. prob is, its n ot an "Upgrade letter" just a general one, for a lot, so no pictures.
With their rep, its very possible they could get something that fit the blanket cert description and add the forgeries. Kinda a stretch tho. Be interested to see other people's opinions on the sigs. Maybe they are a blind squirrel who found a nut in this case?
