Rob, hope it works out but it would appear this is a con job. A PSA4 Mantle sold(a different seller) on Oct 15th @10k....he sold the same cert Mantle @4500 on Oct 17th.

That is good news. Say what you want to about PayPal but they do have some protections that help against fraud and other bad business practices. About 6 months ago when we moved to our new hosting company for this board, I had paid a full year (around $1200) to the previous hosting company in order to get our own server. They were so inept that I had to fire them...they actually couldn't do the job they said they could. I requested a refund from them but got no response. I filed a claim with Paypal, explained the situation,.....and about 2 weeks later got all of my money back. Had I paid with a money order or check there is no way that would have happened. I would have been without my money. I know PayPal has issues but they also do a good job most of the time.

Looks to me like someone else got taken for a Mantle Rookie for 4500 the day before how can we let them know about this seller?

You could call Paypal. Since they just gave one refund based on the seller's scam, it would be in their best interest to take proactive action regarding the other sale.
