How did everybody do? Did you get some rest and/or the items you wanted?

Very happy with my wins...a couple t202 mattys, a t204 and the small lot of m101-2's.

Thanks Lee for a great auction.

just missed out on a rough condition Hindu back...just as glad someone took me off the hook on it. Not sure I would have been happy with it in the long run.

I picked up a T206 Broadleaf back to check off my list and was very happy with the price! I also picked up a Coupon back and the nice thing is that both cards were of Dode Paskert. Nice start to a back run!

I was looking at the Fiene Drum Back but could not pull the trigger. Anyone have a thought as to the final price ($750+BP) given the Auth condition? I thought the back looked pretty good but the small tear at the bottom and heavy creasing on the front of the card.

Just like BBCard's comment above I am not sure I would have been happy with it in the long run...

I agree with you Michael,

I would have had buyer's remorse. Not a terrible price, but you should be able to pick up a more presentable low grade Drum Back for that amount.

I know you true vintage freaks will look down your noses at this but I was pleased to snag a '56T in PSA 8 to upgrade my set. Sterling / Lee run a great auction site!

I like miscuts. There seems to be something about huge borders on t205s that intrigue me. Also Miscuts are a thing that bring down grades yet were done at the factory so shouldn't be included in "wear and tear" grading in my mind.

It is good to be patient in this hobby. My winning bids were 37% total for the exact same cards than if I would have bought them off ebay this past summer.
