While it is true that the downtown area of Bound Brook is subject to constant flooding with heavy rains, I don't think the new offices will see much if any flooding. For anyone local, it looks like the new address is behind the UPS facility. On the other hand, the new offices should only be about 2 miles from the local minor league stadium.

See this week will be the first annual NYC/SGC prewar cardboard boat regatta starting when "Sandy" hist the shore.
