REA has a great reputation and I am sure It will be fine.....You might go to this thread and bump it for an update. It looks like Brian (one of their employees and probably who picked your stuff up) was on the board late last night...and I bet he will be again today sometime. If I had any other contact info I would help more..

I am in the town down the hill from REA. We have been without electricity or heat since late last Monday, October 29. Power was restored about two hours ago. I am sure that they are experiencing the same types of problems at REA which is in Watchung, NJ. BTW we are expecting a nor'easter tomorrow with high winds that cold disrupt power again.
