I reported this and 2-3 other items on same seller where the same (5) feedback, 100% bidder activity was bidding up the price. He had about 10-15 items for sale as I recall, now today they are all removed. I was PO'd as I'd been interested, had followed that card for days and had a snipe in until I saw the history and previous listing. Pulled it all and reported it - I wasn't sure if/what eBay did when they were alerted to shilling..?
I know shilling happens .. and a low feedback, 100% activity bidder doesn't necessarily mean its shilling - - BUT, in this case, the low feedback 100%'er was shown to have won the Koufax PSA7 123 on 10/25 @ $1,100 - then the card was quietly relisted with the same bidder bidding up the price again! Bidding that up as well as other items the seller had (coins) ![]() To me, shilling is in the same bucket as the reprints listing as authentic crowd. It's fraud. |
