What has the seller said? Two weeks is a long time with no communication or delivery.....and I am fairly patient.

Hi Jim
I recently went through this with a seller. I waited two weeks and no card or communication. Ebay required me to notify the seller first before opening a case. Email sent, three days later and still no response, I opened a case against the seller. Had my refund in twelve hours. All that for a card (modern) totaling $15. So to answer your question, my limit is two weeks. He was from the west coast, so Sandy wasn't a factor. Hope this helps Jantz Last edited by Jantz; 11-30-2012 at 09:09 PM. Reason: nn |

If someone has my money, they owe me the courtesy of a response, period. I usually wait 3-5 days after I e-mail, then I start whatever process to get my money back.

Thanks for the input folks, I decided to give it one more week because one never knows about USPS... I just can't believe a seller with an over 8000+ 100% positive feedback would risk a negative over $28. I could be wrong, having said that the lack of communication is kind of annoying. We shall see.
P.S. Anyone have a reasonable E135 Ernie Shore or M101-4/5 H B Leonard? ![]() |
