What's the background? Story? OMLB ball? If so, what commissioner/year...

It's a NL Feeney baseball. I don't know any history about the ball.

This is the type of thing I really like to research. What were the circumstances, when, etc? Most that I can see were obviously contemporaneous. Neat ball.

One concern about your post: Why the coyness? Why not come out and specifically ask what you want to know? Especially after being asked for clarification? It feels as if you are baiting, but I'm not sure of the purpose. I hope I'm misreading your intent.
