Another with 13 players who were with the Pittsburgh Pirates during the regular season, but never played a game. There's also one about 27 baseball families, as well as a day-by-day look at the worst team in Pittsburgh Pirates history. In early 2001 i had a chance at mine but didn't take it..
could have traded all my cards and a little cash for a PSA 3 plank and passed! Problem was my collection at the time was worth more than the plank, boy how time have changed!!! I'm still kicking myself today!

Thanks for sharing. Yes that is the famous silhouette Bohen that some collector had cut off from the card by trimming it around the picture and then placing it on a blank card for the background. If I had known back then that it was in Lew's auction I would have been all over it, "card"or no "card. |

Johnny, I hope one day you get a Wagner T206 (with the ghost
) without having to give up your whole collection. You have an extremely hard to build collection with many one of a kind cards. I think it would be harder to part with than you realize Unless it was the ghost Wagner .......Sincerely, Clayton |

The T206 Eddie Collins batting proof is the card I would most like to own, but I don't think I would trade my entire collection for it.
