The grading companies don't currently take into account "when" strips were cut, only how the size and corners are. (and other regular aspects too, of course). So if you have a strip of cards, go for it. But if you cut them too thin you will get AUT. I think numerical grades on strip cards are kind of silly, especially without any kind of qualifier. I have had this same rant for years though.
