2012 was a good collecting year for me. I added A LOT of pinbacks to my collections with many thanks to my friends here particularly Adam (Tigerden) who sold me his Detroit Tigers collection, Al, and Andy.

But if I have to choose the most important single addition it would be this 1906 White Sox Championship mirror. These have terrific eye appeal and offer some historical significance.


This large pitcher sculpture believed to be Walter Johnson would be a close second.

Default Lucky Strike Cigarette Ad of Lefty Grove
I would say that my best memoriabilia pick-up for 2012 was this Lucky Strike Cigarette Ad of Lefty Grove. Merry Christmas everyone!
