Those (the one being sold/auctioned here and the one that was part of the 3-card strip card in the ebay link) don't look like the same Hornsby to me (not sure if that is what is being implied or not)

Oh I see what you are talking about... I made a post and was told this was an R315... Is this a much more rare issue or about the same? This one simple has the wording at the bottom... I probably wouldn't have put it at auction if that is the case but I will let it run...

Can anyone identify this? The only thing I am certain is that it isn't an R315 at this point...
