Found this at a garage sale a few years back...its 3 feet tall and 5 feet long...weights somewhere in the neighborhood of 70 pounds...all wood and metal construction.

These were attached to street light posts on Market Street in St. Louis welcoming folks to town for the World Series. Size is appx. 4' x 4' x 4.'
