You can use a small rubber suction cup. I had a similar problem with the packaging on a Rocky Marciano SL, and solved it by using one of the suction cup hangers for window decorations. You can find them at WalMart for about a buck.

You could also try holding a lighted match or lighter next to it to warm the air inside, just be careful not to get too close...
