Unless he has attempted to sell the card more than just advertising (at least in my mind) I don't think he has committed a crime.

So your dad didnt sell it the first time in 2010 because he didnt like the price? Which was 220,000.00 . Yet now its ok to let it go at 75,000.00 which is almost 3x less than the first price that yall didnt like? Am I reading this correctly Andrew? You did say that yall pulled it from auction right?
