I guess I'm a little of each...but more so a collector of cards I like and want to own...I no longer have any rules!!!!!!
My E94 set is the largest set I've completed vintage-wise...I'm going after a 19th c set...but is much smaller. I have a handful of "projects" some of which may lead to set collecting...but I doubt it...commons are just that...common!!!!
