And on the modern cards, if the sumbmitter thinks they can get a high grade, those cards are sumbmitted.

I will say when I used BGS recently (liveing in Dallas area helps on that) ---I gave them several cards I knew were not in great shape to they would be better protected. Not evertyhing with grading comes down to money
