Just a hunch, though I could be wrong. I would hope that anyone with the cash to buy it and flip it would take the time to make a nice presentation. Economy shipping, no back scan and an obvious cut and paste job in the description.....cut corners all around. Just not someone I'd send a half million dollars to, that's all.

I aspire to own a plank about like that one day...I would love to have a Wags, but would probably prefer a patio home in a nice little resort area, assuming I ever have a spare $400K laying around. As a general rule, it's hard to lose money on a Wagner, but that one could be a candidate.
