How much do you guys think the PSA 8.5 1952 Topps Mantle will sell (REA)

The last 8.5 I am aware of selling publicly was in 2010 for $130K. So I am going to say we are seeing a price near the top, and will go for $240K before BP. For $450K I will take a Wagner any day.
