I have a little side project going collecting the Topps All-Star Rookies (you know, the ones with the Trophies on them) from the 60's and 70's. It's fun/cheap and holds my interest when the collecting funds are low. If you run across any of those, feel free to shoot me a PM. I'd probably be interested.

Thanks
- Jason

Default They still do the trophy card today

It is a cool project and one I would continue to the present. Reason is those newer cards are not that expensive and you can keep a tab on the more modern deisgns as well

Thanks Rich. I do keep up with the "shiny" ones too. This past years crop looks pretty promising - Harper, Trout, Darvish, Rizzo, etc. Can't help it though, but for some reason I love the late 70's era. It doesn't get much better than Bake McBride and Mark Fidrych for me (just to name a couple).

Thanks
- Jason
