So, I went back and checked out the seller's feedback thinking maybe this might be a guy who doesn't know what he's selling and then I found this lovely nugget:

i think you're right joe, it looks to be a fake label too imo. i reported the listing, you guys should do the same.

I asked him for the cert number on the label. Wanted to gather as much info before I put him on blast. I notified the buyer of the Unitas card who lost his case against him in case he might still be able to appeal with new ammo, idk? I feel bad for that guy.

The seller responded with the cert. number.

It checks out - 21216429 - so at the very least the label looks legit.

The listing was ended by the seller. Good for him, I'm glad he did the right thing.
