This coming from somebody that has been banned from the B/S/T forum, has been placed on a daily post limit/new thread limit, and had multiple discussions locked. Oh ya, and has tried multiple times to circumvent the rules. And has used vulgar language in private messages, and in multiple posts now.

click on the person's name and choose "view public profile"
under their name is the header "user lists"
Select "add to ignore list"
