Default Three favorites

If this were three favorites under $50, I'd feel much better about posting. I love the B18 blankets (the blue one is my favorite, but I don't have a picture of it alone) and the waxed up beater I got for a couple dollars.

Good thread.

The Ducky Medwick - bought with my dad at a show in 1980 in Providence, RI as part of my birthday present.

The Dean -purchased with dad at the Roosevelt Hotel in about 1977.

Dad's not around anymore but the memories will always be!

Oh and the Terry I always just loved. There is no WAY you can win a staring contest against Bill.

Hornsby is very undervalued in my opinion. I hope to add more of his cards in time. My one and only Rajah.

Agree, and it hurts me as a Cubs fan to say so. Great card!

Default 1929 Kashin Mel Ott

I really am attracted to the 1929 Kashin Publications set which features numerous Hall of Famers in action photos. They have lots of eye appeal, and are extremely affordable. My Mel Ott is perhaps the favorite prewar sub $500 card that I own.
