Big Thanks to Mike Sarno for working out a deal to get me the 3rd.. pretty cool as I've never seen any one collector with 3 of the same before.

Holy Seymour, Batman! Simply incredible. I didn't think more than two of any player/pose existed. Nice pick up.

Excellent Jamie! You're the first that I know of.

Technically there should be 3-4 of each player if the sheets were stacked that high. I know of one yellow/brown with 4 examples....

My theory is only one sheet existed.....the fact that three survived of one player and that they are back together is amazing...now I need to find that third Davis!

Jim--yes that is Stockton, CA. They were in the California League in 1889 with Oakland, SF, and Sacramento. They are the only one of the four with no players in the Old Judge set (yet). No, that is not Ewing, although it does look like him.

This is my first Ty Cobb card. I don't collect many cards, but saw this one and thought it would be a good add.

Congrats Phil!! If my memory hasn't failed me again, I read in another thread that you are using your new pickup as an excuse for not attending the National this year. You might want to rethink this and take Alex to the National, because it's never too early to expose a kid to card collecting!

Not being a set collector, a big thrill for me is when I acquire a card, such as this very tough W503, that fills a void in both my type collection and one of my player collections. Thanks again Mark!

Great card, Jim. Fantastic pickup with player provenance. Doesn't get any better than that.

Fabulous pickup, Val. Never seen it, in fact never knew it existed.
