Thanks for the post. A really interesting idea. I wonder what they are going to charge? Usually you get 1 per box on these type things. I wouldn't be surprised at $300+ per box.

Didn't Topps do this already?
I think I'll stick to the real thing, instead of this Frankenstein effort.

Don't mind Leon. He's been in a bad mood since the Dodgers moved from Brooklyn.

I took a chance and picked up one of these at the national. Ended up with an Ira Thomas with an original t206 and a cut. Pretty cool concept. It cost $150. One thing to keep in mind before taking the plunge... The boxes are broken down to 60% original t206 and cut and 40% newly manufactured cards with a cut. Like I said its a neat product but you are basically taking a 50/50 shot at an original card vs a new card for $150.

These stuff looks okay to me. How do people like the company of Historic Autographs? I picked up 2 Historic Autographs in PSA slab of Richard Sipek, the 3rd deaf baseball player who played for Reds during one season in 1945. If they came up with Molesworth or Taylor. I would learn to love and want them somehow

Like the concept, did something similar for ~$35 in my office (auto+card+frame). Livingston(e) autos aren't hard to find.
Course mine didn't come with a dice roll for a Young or a Cobb.

I think I read there are at least two of each, so even if one of them was at the National there should be one more in the general population for each player.
