I had each card in a small plastic container filled with warm water. I added a drop or clorox and a drop of dawn dish soap to each container. they dont have any odor other than old cardboard. I dont think I will use the clorox next time!

Hey, at least I knew enough to use the "delicates" cycle in the dryer !

to hear clorox used in soaking. Trying to bleach a stain perhaps - even that is a bad idea - but facilitate glue removal - unusual.............
