My daughter is a dancer so I was very pleased to find this 1955 contract for The Nicholas Brothers signed by Fayard Nicholas:
For those who don't know them, the Nicholas Brothers were probably the greatest dancers in motion picture history. From Wikipedia: "A signature move was to leapfrog down a long, broad flight of stairs, while completing each step with a split. Its most famous performance formed the finale of the movie, Stormy Weather. Fred Astaire once told the brothers that the "Jumpin' Jive" dance number in Stormy Weather was the greatest movie musical sequence he had ever seen. ... Gregory Hines declared that if their biography were ever filmed, their dance numbers would have to be computer generated because no one now could emulate them. Ballet legend Mikhail Baryshnikov once called them the most amazing dancers he had ever seen in his life." Also obtained this 1957 Superman fan club PC with great DC Comic advertising on the back: And this proof matchcover for 20th Century Fox, circa 1930s:

1926-27 Sam Rice Washington Nationals Home Jersey
This is a rare two year style. I don't know of any other surviving uniforms of this Hall of Famer. The only other example of this style that I know of is the Walter Johnson road at Cooperstown. Have the pants that go with this as well.
I had a replica short bill made cap to display with this. The uniform is currently at the MEARS Museum, but is not yet on display. Dave Grob DaveGrob1@aol.com |

Great pickups everyone. Love the koufaxi pickups Bob. Do I sense a long term theme or just a short lived binge on Koufax?

Correct
Yes, it was his 1964 "Koufax Strikes out 15" card. It is such an iconic picture of him.
