Not that a seller can't change, but this seller has been the subject of shady listing practices in the past. It's been discussed on Net54 a few times.
Also, regarding the Cobb card --- notice that there is an erasure or pen mark of the number 42 on the top of the back that is hidden by the ridiculously bright white back. So the back is not necessarily "OUTSTANDING" or "clean with light typical age toning". The mark, pen, pencil, erasure, whatever, is not mentioned in the listing. .

There is usually a reason that an experienced seller doesn't have a high end card graded. Nice catch on the mark.
