Phil - I was in on the Hilldale photo for a while. Thought it would slip under the radar, but not happening. I found team photos of the Hilldale team in the 1917, 1924 and 1925 Reach Guides. They could be in more and I might have missed them.

Brian,
Great pickup on the E107. That card has great registration and perfect centering. I though maybe it was you that won the Type 2 Waddell, but I guess not. I think some of the E107 commons that were around $3K were cards that some of the whales needed for their collections. There was quite a bit of activity on those lots. Just a hunch. I'm curious as to what the E107 Matty and T210 Jackson end up at tonight. I'm going to say $80K for the Matty, and $110K on the Jackson. Best of luck to all who are bidding. Tony |

Scott:
Might be one in the 1926 guide as well, not quite sure, but I think that would be it for those though. |

I won a few nice things last night. I tried to win a single E107 just because I liked the image but gave up when 3.5k was the next bid for a VG type card.

I picked up the lot of 16 B18's sewed together - sold my Jackson years ago, so thought I'd pick up a cheapy. Also, I consigned a few book lots - happy with $650 for Matty books and $500 for Cobb's Busting 'Em. Good sellers auction this time.

Hi all, I've been a stranger (haven't posted since March of last year, and then a long time before that). Unfortunately, my economic situation has pretty much moved me out of vintage card collecting the past few years. I'm shamelessly plugging the lot I won to flip. I won the 1921 E253 Oxford Confectionery lot of 10. When I get them, I'll post them first on B/S/T and then on eBay if any are left.
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! - David 1921 E253 Oxford Confectionery |

If anyone on the board picked up the Oxford Confectionery lot of 10, I'm interested in dupes. Thanks.
Cheers, Mike PS--Wonka where you hiding?
