Adam, nice O'Doul check, I like the Bank Of Tokyo on it since he had such strong ties to Japanese baseball.

George Stallings , player /manager beginning in 1890 best remembered as manager of the 1914 "Miracle Braves" World Champions. He died in 1929.

Here are a few of my favorites out of my collection:

1) Frank "Noodles" Hahn 1903 signed Cincinnati Reds pay voucher. Noodles Hahn threw the 1st no-hitter of the 20th century in 1900.

2) Leslie Ambrose (aka "Bullet Joe") Bush. Bullet Joe pitched a no-hitter in 1916.

3) "Sad" Sam Jones 1925 Yankees payroll check also signed by E. Barrow and Jacob Ruppert. Sad Sam pitched a no-no in 1923.

4) No player connection, but here is a cool 1883 check from Cooperstown , NY.
Fun to look at, never the less.
