Glad you started this thread. I have enjoyed reading the pre-war thread.
2013: Just completed Hank Aaron Topps regular issue cards 1954-1976 (the 1954 RC should arrive in a couple of days!). I got impatient and wound up completing this sooner than I planned, thus blowing my budget even though it is a mid-grade set. 2014: after the Aaron project, I have decided to try to complete a HOF player set per year (base cards only, not All-Stars, leaders, etc. like I did with the Aarons). As a Braves fan, Warren Spahn will be my project in 2014. Most are pretty affordable. The '48 Leaf and '52 Topps will probably be the most challenging. With fewer cards than Aaron, I will hopefully spend less and save a little money (yeah, right).
