I've sold plenty of my "best" items along my journey - and I did sell you my GQ pack YEARS ago. I continue to redefine my focus and it's one of a few packs I'd like for my current 19th century "run". While I'm begging - please keep me in mind should an 1939 acc in original condition pass by you! My want list is small but difficult..........

I agree with you....upon close observation of some of the planes in this set, I see what appears to me as early WWII British Fighter planes.
I think I got the 1935 date from a dealer who was selling a large lot of these cards, back in the Willow Grove Show days. Thanks for the clarification. TED Z |

Jarbeau must have been an 1880's version of Madonna, Cher or Fergie only going by one name. Hot thighs...scandalous for 1888.

a few cycle packs and counter display....These are not to size. The 4 packs are small, regular size and the bottom box is large, approx. 8 x 10....

Ted,
Thanks for the compliment on the Crofts advertising piece. Here are a couple of bottles that go along with it. The smaller one I picked up fairly recently. It is the first time that I have ever seen a smaller Crofts Cocoa bottle with the label in tact. The best part of the purchase is that about 1/3 of the bottle is still full of 100 year old Cocoa crystals. In case you are wondering, no I don't have the heart (or stomach) to dump them into a glass of milk and see how it tastes. ![]()

Thanks Mr. Moses for the info on three different sizes of the Crofts bottles.
I think I've finally gotten the pictures in my original post fixed for good as I moved them over to a different hosting site. |
