They are definitely different golf scorecards.

One is dated 1933 and the other is dated 1946. One scorecard has green printing ink (1946); the other is all black printing ink (1933), FWIW...
They are also signed in different spots on the scorecard.

Yes, these are two very different cards. With that settled are there any more opinions on the autograph?

I haven't seen any with the bottom of the 'B' rounded like that. I would be interested to hear opinions from someone more familiar with variations in his signature.
