As follow up to my earlier post:
I received this Gaylord Perry pinback from Al today. It looks terrific.
For those of you who haven't dealt with Al before, I will tell you that he's terrific.

BTW, this is the second pinback that I've purchased from him and I'm really pleased with both of them.... Thanks Al!

I'm glad that you showed everyone your Dizzy Dean pinback.

I still feel that's one of the most visually attractive pinbacks that I've seen. If I was a Cards fan it would be at the top of my must have list!

Thanks Scott. The photo isn't too far off from the size maybe a little bigger. It's the only one I've seen and I'm not sure why the rarity.

Default SF Seals, 1949 Japan Tour
Here are some of my favorite pre-Giants SF pins, all from the historic Lefty O'Doul-led 1949 SF Seals tour of Japan.

The wonderful enameled badges with ribbons were given to and worn by tour participants, including players, management, press, military, and other dignitaries.
