Loved the book, and the folks who hate it, but two thumbs down on the movie.
Just got out and really wish I had gone to see Robocop, as planned.

These movies are not made to compete for academy awards, which, by the way, usually go to actors who don't merit them. This was a superb movie, well produced, beautiful scenery, great make-up and costumes. The message it was supposed to convey came out loud and clear. The author of this article is the type of person who can benefit from the message. P.S. the theater was packed, so who needs a "professional critic" to tell us what we like or not? |
