Judging by the skin on that infield I'm shocked any of the infielders had teeth

I thought I played on some terrible infields but that has got to be the worst. I have even more respect for these players from days gone by who had a high fielding percentage.

Thanks Gary,

Picked them up this past weekend. If it's any consolation, my checkbook hates me too right now. But didn't know when I would see a vintage Wagner snapshot again. I missed out on another one a few years back and have had a bit of regret ever since.

My newest HOF snapshot. Henry Aaron! I probably overpaid on this one, but I love the fact that this was a sweet Aaron photo,it was against my favorite team(Cubs), and Hammer' Hank hit a HR that game!

I got these snapshots from my first scrapbook haul! The photos were taken in 1941 from a family from MA. Super thrilled to add these.

Wow, what absolutely super shots!!! I knew Honus had strong hands but did not realize how huge they were. We are talking Dr. J/Jordan mitts here.

I have been trying to thin out the collection a bit and really haven't added much to the collection in the last year and a half, but every now and then I see an item that I gotta have. The Wagner photo is one of those items. As much as I was drawn to the image of Wagner, something about the field and the background with the trees & houses just jumped out at me.

BTW, you're right, wouldn't want to play "Mercy" with ole Hans.
