These two sold for $4,700 in 2008 and $2,200 in 2012. Picked them up for about $1,100. An ominous trend, but what the heck.

I did win this very affordable lot of photos. I figured at under $11 per image I couldn't go wrong.

RGold:

Great pickups! I really had wanted that Bartell -- but misunderstood the closing by lot auction rules. I was the underbidder, and thought I had until after dinner to place another bid. Alas, when I got home, the lot was already closed.

Sorry Marc. If it makes you feel any better, I would have gone a couple of more increments.

Add me to the list who loved this auction, thanks Leon. I've been looking for Crofts and Nadja Highlanders for a few years now and in one swoop i got them all!

Thanks, Daryl! There were plenty of nice E92s to be had and fortunately I knocked quite a few off of my checklist.

I won most of the T206 lots including all rare back lots... i think the entire set is undervalued and I regret not winning every t206 in the auction.

no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
