Giant on the right looks to be Andy Cohen. I think the catcher is Shanty Hogan. Cohen and Hogan were Giants teammates in '28 and '29. Employing Runscott's method I can't get any of the BBRef.com roster pikkies to match the player at the left, although with a mug like that someone should be able to ID him. If that is indeed the 5'8" Cohen our guy would be of a similar height.

Good tip, Scott. I'm usually pretty decent and tracking stuff down online --always having to research stuff I find at estate sales and such. But I didn't have a lot of luck with this one. Thanks again. Rob |
