Hard to put a value on a card that degraded. I mean, after all, his name and his head are both missing!! In my opinion, it has as much value as the card that "might" have touched the T206 Wagner card!

I think it's the rare cryogenic Ted Williams. Separate the head and drop and crack the skull on the floor
Then wait for technology to catch up -- the card should be whole at some point in time -- then it will be worth the price.
