For the record, the correct term would be libel.

Just so everyone knows... This seller did not make a mistake, he is out to make the most $ that he can. He has the Clemente listed for his asking price on here and I made him an offer the first day he listed them. He PM'd me two days ago saying that I can have the card for my offer price, I declined. He then PM'd me last night saying that I can buy the card for $40, and that it's still the cheapest price out there. People like this guy irritate the hell out of me.

My first offer he declined, then came back and accepted my original offer. I then declined. He THEN came back and said it was available again for $40 if I wanted it. I declined AGAIN

You lowballed me $30 when I was asking $32. Then I was willing to let you lowballed me and you passed. No big deal...I was just having a little fun with you. To lowball someone over $2 is kinda petty if you ask me, especially when I am losing money on the card to begin with.

$30 for a card you're selling for $32 isn't exactly a lowball offer. A lot of buyers ask for a rounding down on the price of a card.
