Richard,

I agree and that is why I said "may" in my original post about the pose.

Here is a link to the auction lot and I have to point out (sorry John and Judy Burk) an inaccuracy in the listing. Football Hall of Famer Jim Conzelman is not in the picture. Joe Conzelman is the person in the picture. I do not know if they were related.

Yep, absolutely. I was just trying to answer Jeff's question (and use it as an excuse to fire my only Voskamp into the thread).

To answer it more completely, it appears as though Hyatt and Booe's poses came from this photo as did Hofman and Conzelman. What I find particularly interesting is that if you look at the cards for Hofman and Conzelman, it looks (at least to my eyes) that their lower bodies were drawn on.

I also looked at scans of the Pirates T200 card. Simon was an *almost* match, but the jerseys on that card are entirely different than the ones used for the Voskamp's cards.

Cheers,

Richard.

NB. Voskamp's gallery over at OldCardboard: http://www.oldcardboard.com/f/coffee...skamps-gal.asp
