We were gonna suggest the "S," "M," and "L" on Phil's programmes obviously stood for small, medium, and large,
but Doug's "A" pulled the rug out from under our joke. Seriously, however, might the A, S, M, and L indicate different print runs for different dates of publication? Are there differences inside or on the back of the scorecards -- indications for the date of the game, different lineups, different advertisements?
