Hmmm...I missed it. He said 4:30. It was actually 5:30. I was up and getting ready for work. I responded to a question that needed clarification.

You are right..this was the one I was referring to and it shows 4.35 am on my screen.

The time stamp is going to reflect whatever you have set up as YOUR time zone. So his 5:30 is going to be someone else's 4:30.
