Jim and Richard both are very professional and intelligent about the way they share their knowledge for the betterment of the hobby. They have both educated me on autographs without spoon-feeding (made me think and do my own work most of the time). Those who get frustrated when they ask "Is this ebay Mantle good?" and simply get told "No" without a lot of detail, probably don't understand that.
