I gave that second card similar treatment in photoshop and here's the result…
yellowaaron2.jpg It has similar features to the Aaron in question, but actually much less scribbling/coloring in of yellow. A cynic would say they did a much more professional job of being deceptive.

They holdered a clearly recolored Turkey red as well. I have very little faith in them

auction ends soon for fake Aaron yellow
This card is now at auction and ends in a couple of hours. Last time I checked it was up to $185. I want to feel sorry for the winner, but it is so obviously fake that I have to think they know.
