You have to go with your gut feeling of what autograph you will be most combfortable with to look at and be happiest with. UDA the balls are signed in front of notarys as witnesses I believe while PSA is just their "Expert opinion" PSA is good and even the UDA is not foolproof. The stickers they attach sometimes come off and could be attached to a forged ball. So bottom line if ball wasnt signed in front of you you can never be 100 percent certain. But to the toning issue, I have some balls with Brown being comish that have toning due to some flaw with leather from Hati I belive and the toning only gets worse and worse with time so take that into concideration as well.
