I sell more post war stuff on this board than the PSA and FCB boards combined. If your sales are non-existent than maybe you need to look at your pricing structure. |

All Star Cards is paying a set price. I am just a little bit above that. If I can't sell a card at a small fraction above a wholesale price, then the card just isn't going to sell on here, plain and simple. And the prices are cheaper than VCP. I can't just give cards away on here, although that is what I think many people want. And I am not the only one with this issue. Other members have silently PMed me similar accounts along the same lines.

Not that there is anything wrong with getting something for nothing. A lot of people want to get something for nothing. However, when All Star Cards is paying $350 for a Sandy Koufax rookie in a PSA 5, and someone on here offers me $300, and then gets offended because I don't take it. Well....there ya go!

I have found the BST to be hit or miss on postwar. I think the issue is that it's a relatively small audience, so if someone happens to be looking for a particular card in a particular grade, great, but otherwise it's difficult to sell unless you're at wholesale and a dealer will buy for inventory. Bobby's prices seem fair to me generally speaking.

I still regret not jumping on Bobby's 54 Aaron that actually sold for a higher price on EBay. 130 for PSA5 Robinson is a heck of a deal as well.
