I'm still not sure about the first part of #10 Frank.
We both said Clem Kadiddlehopper, but I think they may be looking for Freddie the Freeloader. What do others think? |

I assumed #10 was Freddie the Freeloader because there were three "blanks" in the question and because I thought Clem was more of a rube than a hobo.
