They are literally buying the card not the holder...if better pictures and close up of all the problems with the cards and no tricky lighting i think you would then agree thats its ok to buy the card not the holder..

So you think it's perfectly fine to crack out low grade cards and sell them without disclosure? |

it's worse than that because they tout them as high grade.

they can tout high grade if honest pictures and great scans....again buy the card not the holder..was big discussion about paying a psa 8 price on a psa 6 card or somethiing like that because buying the card not the grade...so if that psa 6 card was cracked and the seller says its high grade..wouldnt he be right since that card psa 6 card did sell at a psa 8 price or at least a few grades above...it was a rizzuto card i brought up on an earlier post....everyone made it clear that the 2 grade higher bid was fine cause they were buying the card not the grade.....
now you dont let someone crack a card who asks people to buy the card not the grade? seems like those views are in opposite ..again assuming no dishonest pictures.. |

i think if you are buying the card not the grade..the seller doesnt need to disclose a prior grade...cause you are buying the card not the grade....plus as you know cards get resubmitted and get different grades..
or perhaps can we all agree we always are buyng the grade a least a little..not just the card.... |
